Pierre Poilievre, announced a landmark housing plan that will incentivize Canada’s biggest cities to build more homes.

This plan aims to:
• Create targets for high-cost cities to build more housing in order to access infrastructure and transit funding
• Penalize NIMBY tactics and long delays in the approval of building permits
• Establish performance targets for CMHC executives
• Eliminate GST on new affordable rental development

This is a bold plan and long overdue step that will help tackle Canada’s housing crisis.
