In November the average price for homes sat around $1,079,395 with 4,544 sold houses. The amount of houses sold decreased 9.28% compared to october 2022 with 4,961 homes sold

 

The active listings for November 2022 decreased by 31.81% from October 2022, sitting at 8,880  
 

Average prices for detached homes: $1,079,395 = 21.35% decrease

Average prices for semi-detached homes: $1,039,200 = 3.72% decrease 

Average prices for freehold homes: $993,557 = 2.97% decrease 

Average prices for condo apartments: $708,636 = 1.10% decrease

 

Vaughan

 

 

In the last month, the average sold price for homes in vaughan has decreased by 1.22%

 

Townhouse prices have dropped by 12.69% since June 2022

 

Average prices for detached homes: $1,711,100 = 1.22% decrease

Average prices townhouses: = $895,400 = 1.06% increase

Average prices for condo apartments: $702,600 = 0.95% increase
